How to make a referral for support

Referrals can be made directly by families, or by a professional on the family’s behalf.

If you would like to make a referral for a child or young person you know, please first ensure you have parent/carer permission to share their details with us. Then give us a call on 0845 467 3035.

Our referrals phone line is available Monday–Thursday, 09:00–14:00. This is the easiest way to make a referral. Outside of these hours, we may still be able to take your call.

If we are unable to take your call, we will return it as quickly as possible during our normal working hours.
