Bereavement Resource Pack feedback

We’d love to hear what you think about your Guy’s Gift Bereavement Resource Pack.

We provide these packs to schools across Coventry and Warwickshire (free of charge) to help school staff support children and young people following a bereavement.

We are continually reviewing the resources we provide and your feedback helps us understand what schools find useful, how the resources are being used and whether there is anything we could improve or add.

The feedback form should only take a few minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers. We are interested in your experience of using the pack and your honest views.

Your feedback will help us develop the resource packs and also provides valuable evidence to our funders about how the project is being used, and the difference it makes to schools.
