As a Blog Writer Volunteer, you’ll help create written content that supports understanding of grief and bereavement.
Through blog posts, you’ll help share meaningful, accessible content that supports children, young people, families and the wider community. Your writing will help people reflect, learn, and feel more connected to the support available.

What You’ll Be Doing
Writing blog posts based on agreed topics
Structuring content clearly and in an engaging way
Using language that is accessible, inclusive and sensitive
Reflecting the charity’s approach to bereavement
Working with staff to agree topics and focus
Submitting drafts for review and making edits where needed
What we’re looking for
A clear and thoughtful writing style
Ability to communicate ideas simply and effectively
Sensitivity when writing about grief and bereavement
Willingness to follow guidance and agreed messaging
Open to feedback
You don’t need professional writing experience. Support and guidance will be provided.
Time commitment
Flexible, based on agreed topics and deadlines.

You won’t be expected to publish content independently.
