Feedback & Impact Volunteer
This role gives you the opportunity to record and review feedback, that helps us to provide the best bereavement support for children and families.
Why this role matters
Feedback is at the heart of improving the support we offer to children, young people, and families navigating grief.
Across our services (whether that’s bereavement support sessions, resource packs, or work with schools and hospitals) we receive valuable feedback from families, professionals, and volunteers.
This role helps ensure those voices are heard, organised, and used meaningfully to shape and strengthen our work.

Organising feedback into simple, clear formats (e.g. spreadsheets or summaries)
Identifying common themes or patterns
Supporting the creation of short impact summaries or reports
Highlighting key insights to the team (e.g. what’s working well, what could improve)
Helping ensure feedback is stored securely and appropriately
This is a behind-the-scenes role with real influence.
What we’re looking for
A thoughtful and sensitive approach to reading feedback
Good organisation and attention to detail
Ability to spot patterns or themes in information
Confidence working with basic tools (e.g. spreadsheets, documents)

We need someone who can provide a few hours at the end of the month, to feed into a monthly report.
What support you’ll receive
Guidance on how feedback is collected across the charity
Templates for organising and summarising information
Ongoing support from the team
Clear boundaries around handling sensitive content
You’ll always be supported, this is a team effort.
