Support our in-person bereavement support sessions in Coventry.
These sessions will provide bereavement support for primary-aged and secondary-aged children over 5 consecutive weeks. Our bereavement support sessions provide a safe, supportive space for children to connect with others who have experienced the death of someone important to them.
Theses sessions will also provide space for parents/carer to access support too.
Volunteers will support the session leader, help children engage with activities, and contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Sessions will fun from 09:30-11:30, and it is important that as a volunteer you’re able to commit to all 5 sessions.
We’re looking for 6 volunteers to support these sessions.
The groups leader will provide details of a briefing session ahead of the first group session. This will take place via Teams, and will give you an opportunity to understand the nature of the formed group, and your allocated roles. If you have a preference to work with older or younger children, please do let us know when you sign up for this volunteering opportunity.
